From 15th to 21st June, Ghana’s experiential brand management agency Sixth Sense Manifesto launches Accra Cocktail Week 2014 to educate the consumer about cocktails and to fully promote Accra as a cosmopolitan city!
Accra Cocktail week shall be a fun week where residents of Accra get the chance to sample new and favourite cocktail drinks at a discounted price at any of the 20 participating bars.
Accra Cocktail Week shall include:
Cocktail Masterclass (2 locations)
Mixologist Fever (4 locations)
Cocktail & Food Pairing (2 locations)
Cocktails with the stars (2 locations)
Ghana vs USA (16th June, 2014 at 19:00)
Ghana vs Germany (21st June, 2014 at 16:00)
The Accra Cocktail Week will provide brands as well as bars the opportunity to unleash all their different recipes and deliver a unique experience to their consumers, leaving an everlasting impression on them. We currently have 3 brands participating in Accra’s first-ever cocktail week including Kasapreko, Barcardi and Martini.
There shall be a judging contest whereas one bar in Accra shall be titled ‘Cocktail Bar of the Year’.
Project Co-ordinator Ann Nettey at Sixth Sense Manifesto, states ‘The success so far is highly contributed to all the participating bars, brands, mixologists and our media partner Time Out Accra. The first cocktail week hasn’t happened yet and there are already so many ideas for 2015.’
There shall be a press launch to outdoor the Accra Cocktail Week on Thursday 12th June at one of the participating bars.
